1. Who we are

Fly Travel Hub is an independent travel service provider based in the United Kingdom. We offer assistance with flight and holiday bookings made through third-party suppliers, including airlines and consolidators. We are not an airline and we are not affiliated with any airline or travel brand unless explicitly stated.

2. Our role

When you make an enquiry, we compare options across suppliers and present them to you in plain language. Any resulting booking is subject to the fare rules, conditions of carriage, and policies of the relevant airline or supplier. We do not set, and cannot change, those rules.

3. Prices and availability

Flight prices and seat availability change frequently and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and paid for with the supplier. Any price we quote is accurate at the time of quoting but may change before confirmation.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate passenger names exactly as shown on travel documents.
• Check passport validity, visas, and health requirements for your destination.
• Review booking confirmations promptly and tell us about any errors immediately.
• Arrive at the airport within the timescales advised by the airline.

5. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are governed by the fare rules of the airline or supplier. We will guide you through the process and explain your realistic options, but refunds and change fees are determined solely by the supplier's policy.

6. Fees

We do not add booking fees on top of supplier prices. Where any charge applies, it will be shown clearly before you commit to a booking.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of airlines or other suppliers, including delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or denied boarding. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

8. Website use

Content on this website is provided for general information. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
